Quite distressed at the moment with an obstacle. Thursday afternoon was when it struck me and it how now progressed to a very nice (sarc.) state.
I'm talking about this persistent stabbing pain in my lower back that makes it difficult to sit still for long, lie down comfortably or move in general with out some level of discomfort (even breathing deeply!). The extreme end is pretty damn painful too, enough to make me swear a lot which I am not prone to without cause.
The reason is unknown to me, although I do have my suspicions. My only concern now is the best remedial course. Should I go to the doctor? Wait it out? Seek alternative therapies?
It's bugging me a lot because I couldn't sleep properly last night and kept waking up when I wanted to turn over. This from a person who can sleep deeply enough to not wake when being shaken by someone (it has happened before). And don't you just hate it when your sleep is not as restful as it should be?
Damn it! I shake my fist at: well, everything really, but myself most of all.
