Anonymous? Antics? Australians?
I did my Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, repetitious and pretty boring actually, covering all three of the above, but mostly the last two.
Although I'm not much of a drinker (...yes...), it was kind of interesting and disturbing to realise the type of alcoholic drinking practiced in modern Australian society. Having heard of some of these obliquely over the years, even since I was in high school, it was further emphasised by the use of videos, articles and studies related to drinking presented.
Well, it isn't as though I'm particularly interested in that side of the industry anyway. Like the Green Card assessment, the written test was fairly straightforward and we received the certificates straight away.

I ended up heading in to uni afterwards to do a task for my sister, hand in my essay and then go to library to look up references for the workshop I'm attending in Brisbane. Some of them were ones I'd read for my essay, while others I'd read in the past for some of my other archaeology subjects. It's nice to know that I'm on the right track somewhere in my life. On the other hand, how is one supposed to read all of that by Monday?
