After spending time in the laboratory yesterday, mushing up samples for slides, I had a squiz at them today.
I actually had to let them dry overnight before I plonked coverslips on them. In the end, I ended up taking two hours on a single slide. Yeah, and then I had a scan of the rest of the ones I'd just made. I need to refine my technique. Glycerol leaking everywhere is unpleasant. And I can't find anything to speak of. It's kind of depressing.
And does anyone know where I can find samples of wheat, barley, millet and rice?
